On May 2, 2026, at the Unitarian Society of New Haven the New Haven Oratorio Choir will present “Anneliese” by James Whitbourn.
Please plan to join us for this beautiful and moving piece based on The Diary of Anne Frank. We hope to see you.

New Haven Oratorio Choir Concert

This concert was in honor of St. Cecilia, the patron saint of music, on her feast day.
The choir showcased choral works spanning various centuries and languages, with pieces from the Renaissance to contemporary compositions that embody the joy of music and singing.
Featured composers included Handel, Schubert, Billings, Morley, among others.
The New Haven Oratorio Choir is a community-based, auditioned chamber choir whose mission is to provide the New Haven region with unique and intimate choral performances. We choose repertoire to inspire and inform both performer and audience.
We regularly rehearse on Wednesday nights from 8:00 P.M. to 10.:00 P.M.
at St. Thomas Episcopal Church

All parts welcome; Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass.
Auditions for Spring 2026 will be with our Artistic Director, Kevin Bailey.
All you need to bring is your self and sheet music of a piece that's familiar to you.
